Our onsite clinic, gym and therapy areas support effective exercise-based rehabilitation, with private consultation rooms ensuring client privacy.
Additionally, our new fully-equipped gym on the first floor offers private memberships for clients to continue their rehab and exercise programs independently between appointments.
About the role
In this role, you will join our supportive team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Exercise Scientists, Allied Health Assistants, and friendly support staffwho are committed to helping early‐career clinicians thrive.
Client assessment — Build assessment skills and create safe, effective treatment plans with senior support.
Evidence‐based therapy — Deliver musculoskeletal, neurological and post‐op rehab as your confidence grows.
Client education — Strengthen communication by helping clients understand their condition and recovery.
Team collaboration — Work closely with EPs and AHAs to deliver holistic care.
Caseload management — Develop organisational skills across acute and chronic presentations.
Documentation — Record progress accurately and meet professional standards.
Professional development — Access mentoring, supervision, in‐services and structured learning.
Community engagement — Support health promotion as your skills expand.
Relationship building — Build strong client relationships that support long‐term outcomes.
Professional development is a priority here, with regular in-services, mentoring from senior Physiotherapists, and opportunities for both in-house and external Pilates training.
You'll enjoy a diverse caseload that includes:
Acute musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, and sports injuries.
Post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation.
Hand therapy and work injuries.
NDIS clients, as well as floor and studio Pilates.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will be a motivated professional with a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Your excellent communication skills and empathetic nature allow you to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues alike.
You have a solid foundation in physiotherapy principles and practices, with a keen interest in continuing your professional development.
Your ability to assess, diagnose,
and treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions is complemented by your enthusiasm for working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Essential Criteria
Tertiary level qualification in Physiotherapy (essential)
Current AHPRA registration (essential)
APA Membership (desirable)
Highly developed communication skills and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Strong commitment and professionalism to customer centred care
Experience building long lasting patient relationships
Highly motivated and a positive attitude
Criminal record check (essential or willing to obtain)
Working with children's check (essential or willing to obtain)
NDIS Workers screening clearance (essential or willing to obtain)
