About the job Calling all Speech Pathologists - Tired of fitting your life around work?
Let's build a role that works for both!
At Eat.

, we know great therapy happens when clinicians are supported, valued, and given the flexibility to work in a way that is sustainable.
That's why we've created a role that prioritises autonomy, work-life balance, meaningful clinical work, and genuine career growth.
Whether you thrive in the clinic, enjoy being out in the community, or want a combination of both, we'll work with you to create a schedule and caseload that aligns with your strengths, interests, and lifestyle.
You'll be joining a neurodiversity-affirming, culturally safe, Aboriginal-owned allied health practice that values relationships over billables, quality over quantity, and people over productivity targets.
We believe clinicians do their best work when they have manageable workloads, strong supervision, dedicated administrative support, and the freedom to focus on what matters most—supporting clients and families.
If you're looking for a workplace where your ideas are welcomed, your wellbeing is prioritised, and your career can grow alongside a supportive team, we'd love to meet you.
