About the Role As our Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the store, leading a small team to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and engaging shopping experience that reflects our brand's passion for beautiful jewellery.
What You'll Be Doing Leading, coaching, and engaging your team to achieve outstanding results Driving sales performance and exceeding store targets Delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting customer relationships Managing daily store operations, including rostering, inventory, and visual merchandising Maintaining high presentation standards throughout the store Creating a positive, energetic, and customer-focused team culture To be successful in this role, you will have:
