Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, this role offers the chance to lead finance operations, strengthen financial controls, drive process transformation, and partner with senior stakeholders across the business.
Managing a finance team across Australia and overseas, this is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys both operational and strategic finance responsibilities as well as reporting partner Japanese company.




The Opportunity This role will play a key part in modernising and scaling the finance function by improving processes, enhancing systems utilisation, and developing team capability.
You will work closely with executive leaders and business stakeholders to provide financial insights that support business performance and growth.
