The project comprises an 10+ storey apartment tower over four basement levels and a substantial podium, with structure now commencing out of the basement.
You'll drive the structural programme on site, coordinating formwork, reo, concrete, scaffold, precast, services and crane operations through to handover to finishes.
The Company This established Gold Coast builder/developer delivers multi-residential, retail and hospitality projects ranging from $20M to $200M.
They're continuing to build out their internal delivery team,



with a solid pipeline of major developments concentrated around the Broadbeach area.
With further apartment projects already planned, they're looking for experienced construction professionals who want to stay on the Coast and deliver their pipeline over the long term.
