With a strong pipeline of commercial projects across sectors including education, aged care, residential, and community infrastructure, this opportunity will suit a commercially astute construction professional looking to play a key role in project delivery and business success.
About the role: Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial and contractual aspects of multiple projects, ensuring risk is effectively managed while maintaining robust relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Key responsibilities include: Managing head contracts and subcontract agreements Contract administration and commercial management across project lifecycles Identifying, assessing, and mitigating contractual risks Reviewing variations, claims, extensions of time, and disputes Supporting project teams with commercial guidance and contract interpretation Negotiating contract terms with subcontractors and suppliers Monitoring project financial performance and compliance obligations Ensuring accurate reporting and documentation throughout project delivery Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Contract Manager, Commercial Manager, Senior Contract Administrator,
