ABOUT THE ROLE As a Care Manager, you'll collaborate closely with the Centre Manager, ensuring clinical governance and overseeing the multidisciplinary care team.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the clinical care of our residents, ensuring high-quality health outcomes.
Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring appropriate skills and knowledge are considered.
Use critical thinking within an evidence-based framework to deliver optimal care.
Foster a person- centered culture, respecting and valuing all individuals.
Provide clinical leadership and support professional development of nursing and care staff.
Ensure regulatory compliance in collaboration with the Centre Manager.
Step in as acting Centre Manager when required.
Share on-call responsibilities.
ABOUT YOU Alignment with The Salvation Army's values and ethos.
Experience in senior clinical management within aged care.
Strong people management skills, with knowledge of workplace relations legislation.
Familiarity with Aged Care legislation and accreditation standards.
Knowledge of AN-ACC and experience in optimi s ing funding for resident care.
Excellent relationship-building skills with residents, families, and staff.
A proactive, hands-on leader with a "can-do" attitude.




Current unrestricted registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency.
Exceptional clinical expertise and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
