Responsibilities: Working through/resolving RFI's from the construction team and in-house design team Act as the link between architects, engineers, consultants, and construction teams.
Ensure design intent aligns with project scope, budget, and timeline.
Facilitate design reviews, approvals, and value engineering.
Manage regulatory compliance, including Australian Standards, and local council requirements.
Coordinate and manage design documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Support tendering and procurement by reviewing design elements.
Work with the construction team to resolve design issues on-site Your background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as construction management, architecture, design.
