Programmed Facility Management is seeking experienced Retail Utilities to join our FIFO teams across a number of village operations throughout Western Australia.
These are permanent full-time opportunities for experienced site-based retail and tavern professionals looking to join established teams across the mining and resources sector.
Working on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth , you'll play an important role in delivering a welcoming, well-presented retail and tavern experience for residents while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of village facilities.
The Opportunity As a Retail Utility, you'll work across the site's retail and tavern facilities , providing high-quality customer service while ensuring stores, bars and common areas are maintained to a consistently high standard.
Your responsibilities will include serving customers, operating POS systems, replenishing stock, maintaining presentation, assisting with stocktakes and supporting bar operations.
You'll need to be comfortable working across both retail and tavern environments and understand the expectations of delivering professional service within a FIFO village.

store and rotate stock appropriately Assist with stocktakes and inventory control Maintain appropriate stock levels and report requirements to the relevant Supervisor Support bar operations and service in accordance with responsible service requirements Ensure RSA and responsible service procedures are followed at all times Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tavern, retail and common areas Follow site procedures relating to cash handling, stock control, safety and customer service Work collaboratively with the wider village services team Provide general village support as required About You We're looking for experienced FIFO Retail Utilities who understand the unique requirements of working across site-based retail and tavern operations .
Previous experience working in a FIFO village tavern, retail outlet or similar site-based environment is essential .
You'll be confident dealing with customers, comfortable operating POS systems and understand the importance of maintaining high standards across both service and presentation.
To be successful, you will have: Previous FIFO site-based retail and/or tavern experience (Essential) Experience working within a mining village, remote site or similar environment Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification (Essential) Approved Manager qualification Robust customer service and communication skills Experience operating POS and cash register systems Experience with stock control,



replenishment and stocktakes Strong attention to detail and presentation standards Good general computer literacy A positive attitude and strong work ethic The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Current C Class driver's licence Long-term Australian working rights Ability to commit to a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth Requirements Previous FIFO site-based retail/tavern experience Current RSA qualification Current C Class driver's licence Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug alcohol screening Current National Police Check Long-term Australian working rights Ability to work a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth Why Programmed?
