Job description Coordinator, IT Quality Compliance (Part-Time Contract) Location: Perth, WA Contract: 6-Month Temporary Assignment Hours: 22.5 hours per week (0.6 FTE Job Share Arrangement) Rate: $79 - $87 per hour + Superannuation An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced IT Governance, Risk Compliance (GRC) professional to join a large and complex organisation in a part-time capacity.
This role will play a key part in strengthening governance frameworks, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with departmental, government, and industry standards.
About the Role As the Coordinator, IT Quality Compliance, you will be responsible for coordinating strategic IT risk, audit, compliance, and quality assurance activities across the organisation's Information Management function.
Working closely with stakeholders, you will support governance and assurance programs while contributing to the development of effective risk management and continuous improvement practices.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate strategic IT risk management activities, including risk registers, reporting, and governance processes.
Manage internal and external audit programs and support compliance obligations.
Lead quality reviews and continuous improvement initiatives across IT services and operations.
Prepare executive, compliance, and performance reports using data-driven insights.
Provide expert advice on governance, risk, compliance, and quality assurance matters.




Support organisational capability uplift through stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
Drive process improvements that strengthen governance and operational effectiveness.
Ensure alignment with relevant government, departmental, and industry frameworks and standards.
About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Proven experience in IT governance, risk management, compliance, audit, or quality assurance within a complex organisation.
Strong experience coordinating risk, assurance, and compliance programs and translating findings into practical business improvements.
A track record of leading quality reviews, process improvement initiatives, and organisational change activities.
Sound knowledge of industry frameworks and standards, including ISO Standards, Essential Eight, NIST, and ITIL.
Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organisation.
Experience working within large, diverse, and geographically dispersed environments.
