? We're currently looking for 2 experienced Family Violence Practitioners to join a Brief Intervention Team for a 4-week engagement, supporting victim survivors through a fast-paced and rewarding service.
? About the Role You'll be providing telephone and web-based support, including: ? Crisis intervention and brief case management ?️ Family violence risk assessment using the MARAM Framework ? Developing risk management and safety plans ? Supporting adult and child victim survivors ? Practical safety and recovery planning ? Connecting victim survivors with appropriate services and supports ? About You We're looking for an experienced practitioner who can hit the ground running and is confident working with family violence risk, crisis intervention and safety planning.
You'll ideally have: Strong family violence practice experience Knowledge and experience using the MARAM Framework Experience with risk assessment and safety planning Strong communication and engagement skills Availability to commence ASAP ?
