What we're looking for Assist with the development, operation and management of the financial and administration functions for a range of listed and unlisted companies, including preparation of Quarterly cash flow reports for listed entities, and Annual Reports and half year reports where required for listed and unlisted public companies Demonstrated experience in a senior accounting role within a commercially focused environment, ideally managing multiple clients or entities.
Robust knowledge of financial and management accounting, statutory requirements and corporate governance practices.
Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or Commerce, with CA/CPA qualification or membership highly regarded.
Experience working with enterprise financial management systems and strong Microsoft Office capability, particularly Excel.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and commercial judgement,
with excellent attention to detail.
Confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple clients, working autonomously to deliver accurate outcomes within statutory deadlines.
Experience coaching or mentoring others, including working with offshore teams, would be advantageous.
High levels of professionalism, discretion and integrity when handling confidential and sensitive information.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, coordinate and deliver multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
