The Materials Coordinator is responsible for effective inventory management throughout the end to end product/ supply lifecycle, ensuring inventory is available and appropriately distributed through the Liebherr Australia network and aligned to meet strategic business requirements.
The role focuses on inventory optimisation, lifecycle management, and proactive supply risk planning to support availability, minimise exposure, and improve overall supply chain performance.
Key Responsiblities Optimise inventory levels to support service and working capital targets Monitor stock availability and drive DIFOT performance Manage safety stock settings in line with company policies Identify and reduce surplus, excess and slow-moving inventory Coordinate inventory distribution across branches and locations Analyse inventory performance and provide actionable insights Maintain accurate inventory master data and system integrity Support CSI and quality-related inventory initiatives Identify supply risks and implement mitigation strategies Prepare and maintain inventory reports, documentation and records Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement Skills
