Fully maintained car included in package An opportunity is available for an experienced HSEQ Advisor to join a long-standing and well-established business within the construction materials and recycling industry.
Based in Melbourne's western suburbs, the role will support multiple operational sites across Melbourne.
A maintained company vehicle is included as part of the package.
This is a hands-on operational HSEQ role working closely with site managers, operational leaders and frontline teams to identify risks, improve compliance and drive positive HSEQ outcomes.
The role will cover: Health, Safety,



Environment Quality Risk management and compliance Site audits and inspections Incident investigation Training and toolbox discussions Injury management and rehabilitation HSEQ reporting and continuous improvement The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' dedicated HSEQ/WHS experience, ideally within a high-risk environment such as manufacturing, construction, recycling, quarrying or heavy industry.
A Cert IV or higher in OHS/WHS is essential.
This role would suit a practical and confident HSEQ professional who enjoys being on site, working closely with operational teams and providing practical advice to improve safety and compliance.
