We're seeking reliable and caring Kitchen Hands to support our Warwick Aged Care Service, helping to create a safe and welcoming environment where residents feel at home.Key responsibilities include:Assisting with meal preparation and maintaining kitchen cleanlinessServing meals and setting up / cleaning dining areas, trolleys and traysFollowing food safety, infection control, and workplace health and safety guidelinesCleaning and maintaining work areas to required hygiene standardsAbout You You are someone who takes pride in your work and understands the importance of maintaining a clean, safe and comfortable workplace in an aged care setting.Previous experience in catering or hospitality (aged care experience desirable)Good communication skills and a respectful approach with residents and colleaguesCurrent Police Check (or willingness to obtain)Ability to work across day and afternoon shiftsHold valid Australian Work Rights - Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsorDesirableFood Handling Certificate or similar qualificationImportantly, you will be someone who closely aligns with our organisational values of: Integrity, Compassion, Excellence Courage.About Us We are one of Australia's largest and most diverse not-for-profit organisations, with a legacy of care and compassion spanning over 140 years.
