About the Position Our client is seeking a Business Analyst for a 9-month fixed-term contract in Perth to review and document business processes, procedures and service models, assessing workflows, resource requirements and productivity across various business units.
A background in human services or healthcare is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilitie s Engage with business units to understand workflows, systems, resources and capacity requirements.
Document process steps, timeframes, workloads and resource requirements.
Analyse information and data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities.
Prepare clear reports and recommendations to support future business improvement.
Review and document existing business processes, procedures and service models.
Experience Required Previous experience in a Business Analyst, Process Analyst or similar role.
Strong process mapping, documentation and analytical skills.




Experience working across complex business or service environments.
Human services, healthcare or community services experience highly desirable.
Understanding of business improvement, workforce planning or resource allocation highly regarded.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders across different business areas.
