Your cluster will be based in Newcastle and Central Coast Your key responsibilities will include: Work without supervision to proactively and flexibly anticipate and resolve issues so that critical breakdown issues do not occur; Provide repairs and maintenance services to Coles Supermarkets Repairing and maintaining plumbing services including fixtures Planning, installing and servicing plumbing systems fixtures,



piping equipment and controls Ensuring all specifications, legislations, policies, safety standards and building codes are met Diagnosing plumbing issues and troubleshooting.
Attend to Service Calls and on call jobs and responding to and action jobs To be considered for this role you will: Proven work experience in a similar role Be an effective communicator and develop strong partnerships; Ability to multi-task, work with limited supervision and make sound decisions quickly Valid driver's licence Plumbing License Familiarity with interfacing with technology (iPhone)used to systemically monitor location/jobs *The position requires the successful candidate to conduct a pre-employment medical* If you would like the prospect to be part of a growing Australian Facilities Management business, we would love to hear from you.
