Sharp Carter is partnering with a well-established qualified services business to recruit a HR Consultant for their growing team.
This opportunity is ideally suited to a HR Advisor or HR Generalist looking to take the next step in their career and build capability in a consultative HR environment.
Working across a diverse portfolio of teams supporting professionals in clinical and healthcare-related settings, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of HR activities while developing your skills as a trusted HR consultant.

Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job advertising, position descriptions, onboarding, and candidate coordination Provide first-line HR advice across employee relations, performance management, and workplace matters, with guidance from senior team members where required Assist with the review and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, contracts, and compliance documentation Support organisational reviews, HR projects, and workforce planning initiatives Assist with employee lifecycle processes including restructures, redeployment, and offboarding Help develop and deliver HR resources, training materials,
