Storeperson All-Rounder – Permanent Full-Time Location: Derrimut Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Storeperson All-Rounder to join a busy warehouse environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 2 years' warehouse or 3PL experience who is looking to take the next step in their career and develop a broader understanding of warehouse and logistics operations.
This role is ideal for someone who has a strong work ethic, takes pride in getting things right, and is keen to learn.
You'll be working across a variety of warehouse functions rather than being restricted to one area, so flexibility and initiative are essential .
About You We're looking for someone who: Has approximately 2 years' experience in a warehouse, logistics or 3PL environment Has excellent attention to detail and accuracy Has a positive, reliable can-do attitude Is keen to learn and develop their skills Takes initiative and is willing to get involved wherever needed Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment Is comfortable moving between different areas of the warehouse Takes pride in their work and understands the importance of getting orders and stock movements right Wants to build a career in the logistics/3PL industry rather than simply looking for their next job Ideally has a current Counterbalance Forklift Licence Key Responsibilities This is a genuine all-rounder position, with responsibilities including: Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently Dispatch and prepare orders for shipment Receive and check incoming stock Stock checking and inventory control Scanning and updating warehouse systems RF scanning and manual picking and packing of products Checking product labels,



colours and sizes to ensure orders are picked correctly Assisting with container unloading Maintaining accurate inventory and data records Providing support across different warehouse functions as required Assisting with basic administration and customer service tasks Supporting broader 3PL operations, including stock checks, data updates and quoting Keeping the warehouse organised, safe and efficient Accuracy Is Key This role requires someone with a very high level of attention to detail .
Products may look identical at first glance, so you'll need to carefully check labels, sizes and quantities to ensure the correct items are picked and dispatched.
Forklift Experience A current Counterbalance Forklift Licence is highly desirable, however this is not a forklift-heavy role .
Forklift duties will make up less than 20% of the position, with the majority of your time spent across picking, packing, dispatch, inventory and other warehouse functions.
The Opportunity This position would suit someone who has gained a solid foundation in warehousing or 3PL and is now ready to step up and broaden their skill set .
You'll have the chance to learn more about how a 3PL operation works, including inventory, customer service, data management and the operational side of logistics.
