This is a great opportunity if you're already working at Level 2, or you're a strong Level 1 Engineer who is ready to step up and take on more responsibility.
What You'll Be Doing: Providing Level 2 support across a varied client base Taking ownership of escalated technical issues from start to finish Troubleshooting Microsoft 365 and cloud environments Supporting Windows and Linux Server environments Troubleshooting networking and connectivity issues Working across endpoint security and security tooling Supporting cloud infrastructure Working directly with clients to understand and resolve technical problems Explaining technical issues clearly to non-technical users Supporting environments where uptime, security and reliability really matter Mentoring and providing guidance to Level 1 engineers Escalating issues appropriately and working with senior engineers when required Collaborating closely with the wider technical team Building your skills across enterprise-level technologies, cloud and cyber security Tech Environment Experience Across a Mix of: Microsoft 365 Entra ID/Azure AD Windows Server Linux Server Azure/Cloud Infrastructure Networking Endpoint Security Cyber Security Tooling ACSC Essential Eight Enterprise-level infrastructure and security technologies You don't need to know everything on day one.
They're looking for someone with solid fundamentals, a genuine desire to learn and the attitude to take ownership when something lands on their desk.
What You'll Bring: 2+ years of experience in an MSP or IT support environment Level 2 experience,



or strong Level 1 experience with the ability and ambition to step up Solid Microsoft 365 knowledge Experience with Entra ID/Azure AD Windows Server experience Exposure to Linux Server environments Good networking fundamentals Exposure to endpoint security and security tooling Experience with the ACSC Essential Eight would be highly regarded Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills A methodical approach to resolving technical issues The confidence to take ownership of problems through to resolution Great communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical clients Curiosity and a genuine interest in continuing to develop technically The honesty to say when you don't know something, then go and find the answer A collaborative team mindset and willingness to help more junior engineers develop What's In It For You?
