Key Responsibilities Source and attract suitable candidates for a variety of blue-collar roles Conduct candidate screening and initial phone interviews Maintain and build a strong pool of reliable candidates Advertise vacancies across relevant job boards and recruitment platforms Conduct reference checks and verify candidate suitability Coordinate candidate onboarding and ensure all required documentation is completed Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases Assist recruiters with filling high-volume client job orders Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities,
