Harbour at Home in NSW is seeking a qualified & experienced Support Worker to provide compassionate care to aged care clients in Southern Coffs Harbour.
Shifts run from Coffs to Woolgoolga, Mon-Fri, 7am-7pm, with occasional evenings.
You will support clients with personal care, social engagement, and transport to appointments.
Ideal candidates hold a Cert 3 in Individual Support, have aged care experience, a current driver's license with insured vehicle, and a recent national police check.
