We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Head Chef to join us and lead a Team; be creative with produce and get to work within a beautiful 5 Star health and leisure facility.
About the Role As our Head Chef we will be looking for you to share your knowledge and experience, and to lead an engaged team to deliver an experience of the highest standards.
You will hold line accountability for all aspects of Food and Beverage operations that will include leadership of a dedicated team of back of house staff, driving excellence in service and product while maintaining financial viability.
You will lead by example and manage your Team to ensure that the Food and Beverage Department operates within its agreed budgets,



and that food hygiene and health and safety compliance is maintained.
This role is part of the Club Leadership Team and reports into the General Manager.
We do operate 7-days a week so experience in workforce planning is essential to ensure that hours of operation are covered and that Team Members are supported to be the best they can be.
About You You should have a positive attitude, be enthusiastic and be prepared to be hands on and to get stuck in with the Team.
You will ideally have previous experience of working in a professional kitchen and be someone who thrives under pressure.
