HOBAN Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our client for a 10-week leave cover contract, commencing 28 September ****.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a part-time role, working 3 days per week.
Thursday and Friday are mandatory, with the third day versatile.
The Role Working as part of the finance team, you will be responsible for a range of accounts payable and administration duties, including: Processing and managing invoices Settlements and payment processing Prepayment administration Superannuation administration for external contractors Processing employee reimbursements General accounts payable and finance administration Ensuring financial records and transactions are accurate and up to date About You We are looking for someone who: Has previous accounts payable or finance administration experience Is confident working with invoices,



payments and financial records Has strong attention to detail and organisational skills Can work independently and manage competing priorities Is reliable and comfortable working in a part-time capacity Has experience using Alii, a cloud-based platform that automates accounts payable and procurement tasks, highly desirable Holds a current Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration (essential).
