Western Sydney Local Health District invites applications for a Fracture Liaison Coordinator to lead the Osteoporotic Refracture Prevention service.
You will coordinate recruitment, assessment, education and long-term follow-up for at-risk patients.
Based at Blacktown Hospital, you will collaborate with endocrinology, hospital clinicians and GPs to strengthen pathways for timely osteoporosis assessment and treatment across Western Sydney.
This permanent part time role offers 19 hours weekly.
