About the Role
As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of the day-to‐day running of the new location — from financial performance and rostering to team leadership and customer experience.
You'll lead a team of Front of House staff and Bakers, so baking experience or knowledge will come in handy!
What You'll Do
Drive sales performance and implement strategies to grow the business
Prepare rosters and manage wage budgets to meet targets
Oversee stock, ordering, and supplier relationships
Recruit, onboard, coach and develop your team
Champion an exceptional, consistent customer experience
Ensure the store meets WHS, food safety and hygiene standards
Support other Butterboy stores with training and shift coverage when needed
What We're Looking For




2+ years' experience in a similar retail/hospitality management role
Qualifications in management, or equivalent hands-on experience
A genuine passion for customer service and team leadership
Strong organisational and financial acumen (rostering, wage budgets, stock control)
Current First Aid Certificate (preferred)
NSW FSS (Food Safety Supervisor) Certificate (preferred or willing to obtain)
Flexibility to support other Butterboy locations as needed
