You have strong analytical and communication skills, expertise in evidence gathering, problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution, and the ability to interpret policies and functions to provide high-quality support and advice.
In this role, you'll:
Support continuous improvement initiatives in relation to incident and crisis management to ensure that Sydney Metro can respond appropriately in the event of an incident or crisis.
The role will see you work with a range of stakeholders both internally and externally to facilitate the organisation's response to a range of incident and crisis types.
Note: This is NOT a Cyber Security role.
Your knowledge and understanding of the function of security management and its role in managing risk as part of security management will see you excel in this role.
You have professional experience in the delivery of governance processes and systems for a large, matrix organisation.
You have demonstrated extensive experience in writing, proof reading and editing of reports, briefing papers, policies, standards and procedures.
You hold appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or professional certifications in security management and if required, meet Australian Government Security Vetting Agency requirements and be able to maintain a security vetting clearance.
