Protected Steps seeks an exceptional leader to join the Executive Team as Director, Specialist Family Violence Services.
This role reports to the CEO and drives statewide 24/7 crisis response, supported accommodation, and specialist family violence services across Victoria.
You will lead strategic and operational outcomes, ensuring safety, quality and responsiveness for victim-survivors while guiding governance, performance, and sector reform efforts with key partners and the Board.
