THE ROLE
The Senior Project Manager will work in a collaborative and innovative team focused on delivering the Government's agenda of increasing access to social and affordable housing for Victorians.
The role will require a dynamic, versatile, high performance candidate with significant experience in large-scale delivery projects, design management, town planning processes and construction.
The role will also require extensive project management experience, building strong stakeholder relationships, experience in providing authoritative advice, preparation of briefs and reports, coordination of procurement processes and construction contract administration to deliver key capital project outcomes.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
Manage cross-functional delivery of projects impacted by sensitive and complex issues.
Operate within high level of autonomy and accountability in delivering within broad strategic directions.
Provide leadership, guidance and advice based on advanced expertise and manage stakeholders through effective negotiation and influence.
Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa.
