Rich River Golf Club is seeking an experienced Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the maintenance, presentation and operational performance of our facilities and infrastructure across the Club precinct.
Reporting to the Asset Development Manager, you will coordinate daily maintenance activities, supervise a small maintenance team, manage contractors and support the delivery of maintenance, refurbishment and asset improvement projects.
This role is responsible for all Club facilities and infrastructure excluding golf course maintenance operations.
You will play a key role in implementing a modern maintenance management system and ensuring the Club's assets remain secure, compliant, efficient and well-presented for members and guests.
About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating preventative and reactive maintenance activities across Club facilities and infrastructure.
Supervising and supporting a maintenance team of approximately 4 staff.
Managing maintenance requests, work scheduling and priorities.
Assisting with the implementation and ongoing management of a Facilities Management (FM)/Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Maintaining digital asset registers, maintenance records,



planned maintenance schedules and compliance documentation.
Coordinating contractors and service providers to ensure work is completed safely, on time and to standard.
Managing maintenance procurement and supporting budget control.
Assisting with facility upgrades, refurbishment projects and capital works delivery.
Monitoring building services, plant, equipment and infrastructure performance.
Ensuring compliance with WHS, environmental, statutory and licensing requirements.
Identifying opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains and asset life extension.
Supporting the Asset Development Manager in delivering the Club's asset maintenance and improvement programs.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, property services, asset maintenance or a similar role.
Experience supervising maintenance staff, tradespeople or contractors.
Practical knowledge of building systems, services and infrastructure maintenance.
Experience with preventative maintenance programs and work order systems.
Exposure to Facilities Management (FM) software or CMMS platforms, with implementation experience highly regarded.




Strong organisational and planning skills.
Good understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to balance hands-on problem solving with planning and coordination responsibilities.
Highly Desirable:
Experience using FM or CMMS platforms such as MEX, TechnologyOne, Assetic, UpKeep, Maximo or similar systems.
Experience within hospitality, leisure, sporting, accommodation, tourism or large recreational facilities.
Project coordination experience involving maintenance, refurbishment or minor capital works projects.
