As an authorised Daimler Trucks dealership, we work across Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner and Fuso vehicles — along with defence vehicles, tankers and specialised equipment.

About the Role
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day coordination of workshop operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing customer enquiries face-to-face, by phone and email
Booking and coordinating workshop jobs
Preparing repair orders and job documentation
Liaising with technicians and parts departments
Processing invoices and quotations
Providing customers with updates on repairs and job progress




Maintaining accurate records and administrative systems
About You

Sound computer skills including Outlook and Excel

Highly Regarded
Previous Service Advisor or administration experience
Experience with Equip or dealership management systems
Automotive, transport or workshop industry exposure
