Team Leader Traffic & Transport Engineering
to leada highly skilled team and help shape the future of transport planning, roadsafety and parking management across our municipality.
This is anexciting opportunity to step into a leadership role and drive key strategicinitiatives while leading day-to-day operational delivery.
What we'vegot on
Over the next 12months, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering several high-profile projects,including:
Leading the development ofManningham's new Parking Management Policy Review, ensuring future parkingdemands are met through contemporary, evidence-based planning.
Guiding the development ofstrategic traffic and transport policies, plans and programs.
Leading a small team oftraffic engineering professionals in the delivery of operational andstrategic outcomes.
Providing expert technicaladvice on traffic, transport, road safety and road network planningmatters.
Building strongrelationships with internal stakeholders, government agencies and thecommunity to achieve positive outcomes.

What youbring
Degreequalifications in Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering or a relateddiscipline.
RegisteredProfessional Engineer
Demonstratedexperience in traffic and transport engineering, policy development and projectdelivery.
Experienceleading and developing teams in a collaborative environment.
Strongstakeholder engagement, negotiation and communication skills.
Theability to balance strategic objectives with operational priorities.
Apassion for creating safer, more connected and sustainable transport outcomes.
