You will lead requirements, demos, and end-to-end implementation, ensuring clients are trained and achieving value from the platform.
You will collaborate with Account Executives globally, CS and Product teams, and report to the CRO, with responsibilities spanning pre-sales, implementation, training, and continuous feedback.
