Fitness and Lifestyle Group (FLG) is seeking a Territory Group Fitness Manager to lead performance and programming across NSW/QLD clubs.
Based from Sydney or Brisbane, you'll translate national strategy into territory priorities, use data to shape decisions, and collaborate with Club Managers, Regional Managers, GFMs and Senior GFMs to drive growth and member experiences.
You'll work from our support office three days a week and visit clubs the other days, with a focus on building robust
