Monash Health, based in Clayton, VIC, is seeking an experienced Perioperative Liaison Nurse to join the Elective Surgery Services team on a Full Time basis.
The role coordinates care from referral through day of surgery, improving patient readiness and experience.
You will work with surgeons, anaesthetists and allied health to optimise pathways, reduce cancellations and manage waitlists, while traveling between campuses as required.
