Lismore Base Hospital is seeking an Oncology and Haematology Specialist Pharmacist to join the Pharmacy team for a parental leave relief. You will provide a comprehensive clinical and pharmaceutical service in the designated specialised area and advise the pharmacy and clinical staff.
The pharmacist will work with senior roles to support secure, cost-effective medication management and patient-centred care, ensuring optimal health outcomes within NSW Health.
