Job Description
Role: Partnerships Coordinator
n Location: Melbourne, AU - Toorak
n Work arrangement: Office-based, Full-Time
n Compensation: AUD $75,000 – $85,000 + Superannuation
n
You'll join a fast-growing international fintech that provides flexible funding solutions for SMEs. Originally launched in Australia, the business now operates across APAC and Europe and has funded more than $5B in loans.
n
What You'll Do
n
n
You'll run assigned partnerships workstreams from brief through execution and follow-up, keeping deadlines, deliverables and stakeholders on track.
n
You'll coordinate partner campaigns, quarterly rewards and broker incentives, including communications, eligibility tracking, fulfilment and reconciliation.
n
You'll manage the weekly LOC ISO drawdown cycle — opt-ins, reminders, partner and contact settings, tracking, and related inbox queries - so nothing slips.
n
You'll own partnership gifting rollout, including first-funded-deal gifting, supplier coordination and partner communications.
n
You'll keep the partnerships event calendar moving, coordinating registrations, collateral, attendee lists, logistics, communications and post-event follow-up.
n
You'll support partner onboarding and recurring updates, maintain accurate CRM and tracker data, monitor partner activity and lead quality, and spot practical process improvements.

Who We're Looking For
n
You'll likely suit this role if you're a hands‐on coordinator who likes owning delivery, keeping details straight, and following things through properly.
n
Must-Haves:
n
n
Experience in a coordination, marketing, events or partnerships-support role where you've owned activity from brief to follow-up.
n
Solid coordinator-level experience: you can work autonomously once priorities are clear, solve routine issues yourself, and know when to elevate something commercially or relationship-sensitive.
n
Strong project coordination and organisation, with the ability to manage weekly cycles, multiple live workstreams and competing deadlines.
n
Confidence using CRM systems and Excel to keep tracking, contact data, eligibility and fulfilment accurate and up to date.
n
Clear written and verbal communication, with the confidence to deal directly with external partners and internal teams.
n

Nice-To-Haves:
n
n
Experience in financial services or another fast-paced commercial environment.
n
Experience coordinating suppliers or vendors for gifting, merchandise or event logistics.
n
Broader Microsoft Office proficiency beyond day-to-day Excel use.
