Job Description
Amazon Logistics in Australia seeks an On-the-Road (OTR) Manager to own on-road operations at a delivery station. You will be the critical link between station operations and DSPs, driving safety, quality, capacity planning, and cost performance.

This field-based role requires travel to partner sites and regular collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will lead safety investigations, coach DSPs, analyze route data, and implement Lean initiatives.
