Job Description

Oversee the seamless processing of advertising bookings into on-air systems
n
Ensure bookings are error-free and critical deadlines are met
n
Act as a link between the Traffic Operations team and the Head of Traffic
n
Oversee and support the Traffic teams
n
Support the Traffic Operations Manager with tasks as required
n
Handle last-minute requests, bookings and changes to meet client requests
n
Ensure requests are responded to by Sales
n
Resolve schedule reconciliation
n
Clear waitlists and tasks for End of Month compliance reporting
n

Requirements
n
n
Strong experience in administrative/data work
n
Supervisory skills
n
Customer-focused, sales-oriented approach to meeting client expectations
n
Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and dashboard apps
n
Detail-oriented, organised, flexible, timely and accurate
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
n
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt and meet deadlines
n
Exceptional interpersonal skills, working across many internal teams




n
Previous experience in Media/Traffic highly regarded but not essential
n
Ability to commute by car to the Mt Coot-tha office
