The Department of Education in Victoria is seeking a VPS4 Lawyer to join the Workplace Discrimination and Disputes (WDD) Unit within the Legal Division. You will advise on discrimination, human rights, employment, occupational health and safety and immigration law matters and manage litigation in a range of tribunals.
Under supervision of the Principal Lawyer and Managers, you will provide high-quality legal advice, brief external firms, and sometimes advocate before commissions or tribunals.
