Silver Chain Group in Adelaide's southern suburbs seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver high‐quality, person‐centred home care. You'll work Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, autonomously with clinical backing and no weekend shifts, supporting clients to live independently at home.

You'll have current AHPRA registration, 12 months of nursing experience, and a solid assessment ability. The role involves managing a daily caseload, wound and infusion care, and collaboration with families
