Senior Civil Engineer - Dubbo

An established engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join its growing Dubbo team.

This is a hands‐on senior role combining civil design, project management, client relationships and team leadership, with the opportunity to take ownership of projects from feasibility through to delivery.

The Role

Lead civil projects from feasibility through to delivery.
n
Undertake and review civil design.
n
Manage programs, budgets, clients and consultants.
n
Mentor engineers and designers.




n
Contribute to proposals and business development.
n
Work across urban development and road infrastructure projects.
n
n
About You
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
n
8+ years' civil design/project management experience.
n
Consulting engineering background.
n
Strong 12d Model, Watercom Drains and AutoCAD skills.
n
Experience with urban development and road infrastructure.
n
Confident managing clients, projects and people.
n
Practical, leadership-focused approach.
