An exciting full-time leadership position has become available with one of Australia's leading Outside School Hours Care providers on the Sunshine Coast!

This opportunity would suit someone with previous experience as an OSHC Coordinator, Early Childhood Director, Assistant Coordinator, 2ic, or a Group Leader in early childhood looking for their next step! The provider is also open to supporting an aspiring leader who has the right attitude, a genuine willingness to learn and is ready to take the next step in their career.

You'll have the option of working consistent block shifts each day and, importantly, you will not be included in ratio.
n
If you are working towards an ACECQA-recognised Diploma, or already hold a Diploma-level or higher qualification, and you are passionate about creating exceptional experiences for children, empowering teams and driving operational excellence, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
