Job Description
As a senior leader, you'll drive the delivery of outstanding events and event account management services, ensuring alignment with the Sydney Opera House's artistic vision and strategic goals. Leading a team of dedicated specialists, you'll foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion and customer excellence, building strong relationships with hirers and stakeholders to deliver seamless experiences.

About the Candidate
* Proven leadership experience in building, mentoring and managing high-performing teams, with strong skills in communication, negotiation, conflict resolution and resource management.
* Extensive experience in theatre, production and event management across a diverse range of events, including corporate, community, government, festival and performing arts programs.
* Relevant qualifications and/or significant event management experience, with strong project management skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Demonstrated experience managing budgets, financial processes and contracts, with the ability to interpret and implement contractual requirements. Advanced proficiency in event management systems and digital tools, with strong knowledge of the arts sector, industry trends and the broader operating environment.
