Are You the Right Fit?
We're looking for adaptable and patient-centred Registered Nurses who thrive in dynamic clinical environments and are committed to delivering safe, high-quality care. As part of our Casual Pool, you'll be confident working across a variety of clinical areas, quickly building rapport with patients and teams, and maintaining professionalism, flexibility and robust clinical standards in every shift.
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking and workload management skills,



with a commitment to evidence-based practice and patient safety.
Flexible, adaptable and confident working across different wards, specialties and multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and deliver effective clinical handovers and documentation.
Professional, reliable and accountable, with a strong understanding of Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) standards, clinical governance and ethical nursing practice.
Dependable, resourceful and calm under pressure, with a collaborative approach, strong professional integrity and a genuine commitment to compassionate, patient-centred care.
