ActivateUTS is seeking a People & Culture Manager to lead the People function across our hospitality venues, fitness and student programs. The role focuses on staff wellbeing, psychosocial safety and delivering a positive employee experience, reporting to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team.
This on-campus, part time role is 0.6 FTE (3 days per week) at Ultimo campus, Sydney, with strong systems (Employment Hero) and a Senior People & Culture Advisor.
