You'll draft, review, and negotiate SaaS subscriptions, MSAs, DPAs, and SLAs, while managing payment and dispute risk and improving templates and processes for scale.

As the first legal hire, you'll influence contracting practices across jurisdictions and collaborate with Sales, CS, and People teams in a versatile, Melbourne-based model.
