We are seeking a motivated and ambitious
Junior Accountant

2+ years of accounting experience

THE ROLE
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of MANAWISE Group.
Key responsibilities include:
Accounts payable and accounts receivable support
Balance sheet reconciliations
Journal preparation and processing
Month-end reporting activities
Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes
Supporting payroll and compliance activities
Assisting with audits and statutory reporting requirements
Financial analysis and reporting support
Identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and efficiency
This role offers broad exposure across finance, operations and business partnering,



making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to accelerate their professional development.
ABOUT YOU
You are an emerging finance qualified who wants to learn, grow and contribute.
You will bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Commerce or Finance
Approximately 2+ years' accounting experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
CPA or CA studies commenced or intending to commence
Experience in management accounting or payroll
Experience within community services, NDIS, or healthcare environments
Experience using cloud-based accounting systems

Contribute to accurate and timely financial reporting
Support continuous improvement initiatives within finance
Strengthen your technical accounting and commercial capability
Establish a clear pathway for future career progression
