The Opportunity
We are seeking warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Diploma Qualified Educators and Certificate III Educators to join our team at Bright Steps Academy Horsham.

What You'll Do
Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences aligned with EYLF and NQS
Build nurturing, respectful relationships with children and families
Support children's emotional, social, and cognitive development through play-based learning
Contribute positively to an inclusive, collaborative team environment
Maintain a safe, organised, and inspiring learning environment
Complete observations, documentation, and learning stories to support each child's progress
What You'll Bring
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care OR Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Genuine passion for early learning and children's development
Strong communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills
Understanding of EYLF, NQS, and child-safe practices
Current Working With Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
