These roles are Temporary (until February ****) Part-Time 30 hours/ fortnight
The internal job title is Fulfilment Operations Co-worker
Rotating roster between 6:00am and 8:00pm on weekdays and weekends
Availability to work 3 out of every 4 weekends, including both Saturday and Sunday
* November to January is one of IKEA's busiest trading periods.
To support our customers during this time, we prefer co-workers not to plan holidays during these months and to maintain availability throughout the peak period.
About this work area
As a Warehouse Co-worker your responsibilities will include,



but are not limited to:
Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs.
Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers.
Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.
Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks.
Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse.
Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required.
Who you are
As a Warehouse Co-worker you are, or you have:
A passion for optimising supply chain and fulfilment operations.
A 'Togetherness' mindset where you'll work closely with your team and other departments to secure the best possible outcome for the customers.
Ability to collaborate, yet also be able to work independently.
An energetic approach as you will be on your feet all day.
Robust customer focus, ensuring we keep the customer in mind no matter what we do.
Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A protected mindset, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling, including heavy, repetitive lifting.
